Services

Every read is done by a board-certified cardiac imager, with final reports back within 48 hours. Pick the services you need now and add or drop them as your program changes.

Rapid cardiac PET interpretation

48-hour turnaround

Remote reading of rest and stress myocardial perfusion PET by physicians who specialize in it. Many hospitals have a PET scanner but no cardiologist trained to read cardiac studies. We fill that gap.

What we read

  • Rubidium-82 and N-13 ammonia perfusion studies
  • Quantitative myocardial blood flow and flow reserve
  • Gated function: ejection fraction, wall motion, and volumes
  • The attenuation-correction CT, including coronary calcium

What you get

  • Clear, structured reports in your PACS or reporting system
  • Final reads within 48 hours, with faster turnaround available
  • Direct access to the reading physician to discuss results with referring doctors

Rapid cardiac CT interpretation

48-hour turnaround

Coronary CT angiography and calcium scoring read by cardiologists certified in cardiac CT, so findings come with the clinical context referring physicians need.

What we read

  • Coronary CT angiography, with stenosis grading and plaque assessment
  • Coronary artery calcium scoring
  • Cardiac structure and function
  • Pre-procedure planning studies

What you get

  • Standardized reports with clear next-step recommendations
  • Final reads within 48 hours
  • A combined report with the radiology overread when you add that service

Radiology overreads

48-hour turnaround

Cardiac PET and CT scans also show the lungs, chest, and upper abdomen. Our board-certified radiologist reviews those non-cardiac areas so nothing outside the heart is missed.

What you get

  • Review of lungs, mediastinum, chest wall, bones, and upper abdomen
  • Findings and follow-up recommendations in the same report as the cardiac read
  • One group to work with for the whole study

Cardiac imaging program development

Hands-on help starting a cardiac PET or CT program, or growing one you already have. Our co-founder quadrupled the PET program at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis in two years.

What we help with

  • Protocols, tracer choice, and scanner workflow
  • Training your physicians and technologists to read and run studies
  • Scheduling, staffing, and throughput
  • Accreditation readiness
  • Building referrals from cardiologists and primary care

Comprehensive program analysis

An independent review of your existing cardiac imaging program. Use it when you want someone to double-check your team's work, or to find where your program could run more efficiently.

What we review

  • Second reads on a sample of your studies to check accuracy
  • Agreement between readers and report quality
  • Turnaround times and bottlenecks
  • Protocols, scheduling, and workflow

What you get

  • A written report with findings and specific recommendations
  • A follow-up review with your team to walk through it

Preventive cardiology imaging

Imaging that finds coronary disease before it causes symptoms, so patients at risk can start treatment early.

What we offer

  • Coronary calcium scoring programs for at-risk patients
  • Risk assessment that pairs imaging with clinical history
  • Help setting up a preventive screening program at your hospital
